Please all landlords in Columbia, South Carolina and surrounding areas, do not rent to Anissa Worthy or Anthony Simmons.  Anissa Worthy is a free loader, she does not take responsibility of paying rent, she will stay in the property until she is forced out by eviction.  Please visit the website www.richlandonline.com/public index search to see the numerous of times she has been taken to court for non-payment of rent, not to mention being evicted.  If you care about your property, and do not have money to waste, you will stay clear of her.  She is indeed your worst nightmare.  She will falsify the rental application as well.

So Strange, I have never heard of Atrium poperties. Where are they located, I cannot find them anywhere. Perhaps there should be some requorements before posting to his website
