Rude and Difficult

Do not rent @ 1107 Lexington Cir apts 1-4 w/Noemi Garcia..She is one the most complicated landlords i have yet to meet and deal with in my life!If a problem arises we are at fault no matter what it may be. Not to mention that there are cracks in the doors, walls, laundry rooms, and kitchen counters causing ants to constantly enter and cause annoyance. She will try to dictate who can enter your apt. even though you are the renter, and will enter at all times in your patio area without notification just to have the yardmen sweep the parts that are not covered with concrete. She will enter the apt without prior notice or even a phone call just show up and expect you to open the door. She will question ever and all changes to the apt and let you know that she has the final say so to anything that happens in her apts even if its just moving your television and having to install a small nail to hang the digital converter antenna.She will not allow Dish network or any satellite companies to install their equipment. She will not tolerate children being children wanting to run around outside because she feels that they are pron to cause damage to her property. We live in an apt subdivision so there are apts all around us but even then she will do anything to get her way. This is a warning to all blinded by the affordability, you end up paying more by the disturbances and annoyance of it all.

Where is this apartment complex at?  I myself am a landlady and what your current/past landlady did was wrong.  If you still live at her apartment, I suggest getting what is called a 540-A Restraining Order.  With this document a landlord/landlady can not enter your apt. without consent and can only enter to make emergency repairs. 

If you would like to report her, there is an agency called HUD.  HUD handles complaints about housing discrimination, bad landlords in federal housing and many other issues.  The complaint website is http://www.hud.gov/complaints/index.cfm
