Bad Tenant Mark Hadley working at Numerix

Do not rent to Mark Hadley

Mark A Hadley of Numerix in Chicago has damaged our loft at 540 Lake Shore Dr and still owes for the damage.
Mark A Hadley DOB 10/26/1981 of: 3502 Prince Williams Dr.,Fairfax VA 22031 , 849 N Franklin Chicago, Il , 540 Lake Shore DR. Chicago IL, is an untrustworthy person that looks you in the face with a smile while trying to figure out how to take advantage of you. He’ll write you a rent check and stop payment. While renting our loft he damaged the flooring, paint, holes in doors, damaged lighting, and damaged garbage shute while throwing large items where maintance had to dismantle at the 7th floor level. Our drains were clogged with cigarette butts. Shower had rotted walls and floors from not using shower curtain. This person is evil and will take advantage of you. He actually teaches classes working at Numerix !

I Leased d a bad apartment from this Landlord i was getting problems with the apartment the apartment floors and walls were paper thin in all the apartments and were not sound proof i could’nt get any peace nor quite from other tenants and harassing Landlord keeping me up, complaints and disputes between tenants and the landlord went on i did nothing wrong to deserve this the apartment was of poor structure and could handle a familly and i was the only one living in the apartment the landlord unfairly raised my rent,took me to court and billed me for court expenses for a cheap apartment, i couldnt take it anymore the apartment was a complete scam so i moved out the landlord kept my security deposit and had my wages garnished for increased rent and fees! there was no mention of garnishment from the landlord or in the rent lease i got ripped off
