Zielke’s. Gunter. Prapapum (Gigi). Holdover tenants since May 31, 2018 when they refused to leave property after lease expiration. Knew the system and how to play it and remain in the property until Dec 15. Just received a judgment. Eviction is Dec 17. They cannot file anything else to stop the process. Cost me over $30,000. He also filed a manufactured slip and fall which still has to go through the courts. So much time involved and money wasted. Theya re goign to be lookign for a place to live so watch out.
